Carp
Today I had a taste of Christmas in Poland, our diner in Justyna's grandparent' s house was that typical Polish fish even if I did not find a Polish flag colours in its skin as I expected, That fish is of course the Carp. It means almost the same as bacalhau for the Portuguese, we will find it in the table in the most important events.

curioso como a comida significa tanto para nós. Não há "terra" que não tenha o seu prato, que nós adoramos que exista já que proporciona excelentes momentos e recordações.
continuação de um excelente périplo pela gastronomia polaca - aposto que não comem peixe cozido.
