Tired again

The pain and the bad days do not like to have too many days off, So today I was again struggling with pain in the feet, pain in the muscles, and a big heart burning. Although, we enjoyed such a warm day in the beautiful Carvalho beach and in the swimming pool. In the evening I was very tired, did not have too much time and feeling to interact with the guests. My friend Filipe and Claudia also arrived today in the Algarve.
