Eyes as a mirror of the Soul

After a year I had my annual reviewing or eye screening for people with diabetes. The pictures did show that inside eyes all looked well. I presumed she was also referring to my diabetic Soul. The doctor just told me to keep under control my sugar levels in order to continue with the healthy eyes as it is at the moment. So now I just need to go back in a year again.
