Justyna keeps suffering from cold, still with a strong sore throat and ears, tomorrow if does not get better we will need to go to the GP. Meanwhile in the afternoon I went to see my friend Vasco that is going to France tomorrow, it was good sensation sat in the pub and just speak, in spite of the funny feeling that I have nowadays, like if have developed Anthropophobia, something that I thought I had banned from my list of phobias. I am nervous when I approach someone I do not know. I need to get out more often to arise my self esteem.
Today I would like to send a big hug to Tom for his birthday, He is a great friend of the family.
